Lesser Mouse Lemurs

These nocturnal little lemurs were believed to be the smallest primates living on Earth, until the pygmy mouse lemur was re-discovered after being declared extinct. Mouse lemurs are more solitary than other lemur species, going off on their own to feed, then regrouping to snooze together during the day.
